I had a bad experience with Trufla Technology !!! I applied as usual for Trufla Technology on WUZZUF and after a long while got a call from one of them to tell me about the company and what they have and to invite me to technical interview, and I made it and waited for anyone to contact me whether I am Accepted or rejected, after more than a week nothing sent to me so I just follow up with the same one called me, and he told me that I'm accepted and there will be another test for HR propose called personality test and then sent it to me on mail and I did it online. so I don't know if you will pass this test it will lead to an HR interview or it's just mandatory for HR, so after it sent me an invitation for an HR interview with 2 Interviewers and it was about one hour HR and technical also asked me about the Expected Salary that it was in my WUZZUF Account Also !. everything with just fine, till That Time !!! so I waited again for anyone to contact me for any result, they just called me that they will contact me next week, I waited for the whole week and the next week nothing at all, and while I was browsing WUZZUF I Found the same position I applied for It, at first, I thought they might need another candidate and they will contact me soon, NO ONE contacts me. I tried to be more professional and send to the last 2 Interviewers a follow-up email, wait for another week they received the email and opened it as I have email tracker, and no response at all !!!!!!!!! there exist many reasons to reject a candidate like you are: Over Budget, Over Qualified, Under Qualified, culture fit reasons, but at least respect the one who made the whole process with you and sends him an automated email to reject him, not care about them as you did and just post another JOB POST and shortlist candidates without back to your previous ones.
