Interview
3 rounds. The first round was an introductory call with two team members. Questions were all behavioral (about your resume and experiences / why IB). The second round was a technical round where they ask key accounting, financial, IB concepts. The final round was with two managing directors and it was more about fit and motivation.

Interview
The process was smooth and transparent throughout. The company culture was quite lax, so the employees seemed eager to make sure I was comfortable and prepared throughout the process. There are 3 rounds of interviews, the second being technical in nature.
