I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TruStage in Dec 2022
Interview
Was sent an email to do a one way video interview. Read each question then answer them within the timeframe. Cold and out of touch as not once have I spoken to anyone directly during the process. At least have a video of someone asking the questions to make it more personable. Clearly a waste of time.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here and why this position?
I applied online. I interviewed at TruStage (Waverly, IA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Applied and received a callback within a couple days to set up phone interview. The phone interview was nice and easy going, general discussion about career goals and telling me about CUNA. I was then scheduled a video interview with three managers. Interview day came and they were late to the interview. One manager didn't show up. Questioning was vague and they were unable to state what the position could look like. They had many options they were unsure of the best fit. It felt awkward and they clearly had little interest from the start. I left the interview with a bad feeling about taking the position

Question 1
As technical as you can explain what you currently do.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TruStage (Madison, WI) in Mar 2015
Interview
Basically had me talk to two non-tech people for about a half hour or so. It seemed more based on my character than my skill sets. Before the in person interview though, there was a phone interview talking about projects/jobs that I've had in the past. Nothing too stressful. A silly thing is, that they hire you as an intern, BEFORE they tell you what project/department you'll be put in. Kinda lame.

Question 1
Asked me culture based questions (like how I liked to work) along with why I was interested in Cuna.
