I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TruStage in Sept 2018
Interview
No HR phone screen for me. Spoke on the phone with a hiring manager about a week after I submitted my resume. About a week later I came for an on site interview with hiring manager. Got an offer about a week later. Felt the salary was very fair so I didn’t negotiate.

Question 1
Many "if" scenarios and what if this happens how would you approach and do what?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TruStage (Madison, WI) in Oct 2018
Interview
I had a phone screen with an HR Recruiter. A few days later (I don't remember how many exactly), I had a morning of in-person panel interviews (one with teammates and one with managers). A week or two later I got a call with an offer, then spent a few days negotiating before accepting.
I didn't feel like any part of the process was unnecessary or took longer than expected. I got a lot of communication from the HR Recruiter with status updates and asking if I had any questions.
