Interview
The initial interview was with a Job agency, after i did the screening for that, my information was passed along to hiring manager of my department. I was called directly by the hiring manager and did a phone interview. Once phone interview was conducted I was sent an email to submit a drug test and background check.

Interview
This was an internal interview to go from a contract role to full time employee, with salary and benefits. The interview process was very informal and, I felt, not well managed. It was very short and I didn't get a chance to really discuss the details of the work that I'd done in my time there at that point.
