Interview
The interview process involved an in-person interview with the head of lab operations and someone from the HR department. Some technical questions about instrumentation and testing procedures were asked. Most of the questions asked were more situational, with an emphasis on reaction and quick thinking. A lot of "Guerilla Science" questions were asked.
