Very bad process where I had to ask several times for updates after having several interviews. They kept saying I was still in the process but reposted the ad with a later start date and last application day. So I asked the HR person again what was going on and if they had reposted the ad and if I was still in the process. The HR then said it was never taken down, it's normal it stays up until it is filled which is simply not true because it was removed and reposted with new information. Just grant the applicant some honesty after having put down time and effort to meet you. If you did not find what you searched for within the first round that's fine and should be communicated. This leaves a bad impression of the group. I was also promised feedback after two weeks meeting with the hiring managers but none received. I had to chase HR through the process..
