Interview was online. Basic personality and scenario questions were asked with a laid back atmosphere that contributed to a relaxed feel. It felt like more of a conversation which was nice.

The interview process in comparison to other companies was great! It definitely felt more like an open dialogue rather than your ‘typical’ ask questions and check the boxes. There are general behaviour questions & questions about previous experience.

On Microsoft teams. Very simple and very awkward was supposed to be 3 supervisors but only ended up being one. Seemed like for some reason the other supervisors were busy but once I was hired there was no way. Interviewer was professional but there was only one so it was a very slow process as they had to write things down between questions
