I applied online. I interviewed at TripleLift in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process here was seamless and genuinely personal—completely different from other companies. Kelly was fantastic guided me through every step with constant updates, so I always knew exactly where I stood.
Meeting with external team members and some of the ELT was a great, unique touch that made the entire experience feel even more intentional and thoughtful.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TripleLift (New York, NY) in May 2026

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TripleLift (New York, NY)
Interview
TL recruiter reached out, had a phone call for about 25 minutes. A week later spoke with Director on phone. Next I was asked to come on-site for an interview with 4 people (including director I spoke with over the phone). All were very delightful people. Next I was asked to give a presentation for 30 minutes in front of panel pretending I was an agency trying to win business and then interview with 3 additional people. Interview process concluded a few days before Christmas break. After waiting patiently for a decision on my candidacy, communication slowed tremendously. I was the one that reached out to request some sort of update. I felt like I was stood up. I never heard back on anything. In the end, they told me since I was first candidate they interviewed for the role, it would be some time before they could decide. I wish they were transparent about that fact to begin with since I may not have gone through the whole process to begin with. Although everyone was a pleasure to speak with and I enjoyed the process, I was left with a bitter taste. Did not appreciate how it ended...
