In your project , why and how did you implement , and why the ROI of the project was so less?
Initially I got an assignment related to RAG - retrieving relevant chunks from patient data and answering questions based on the questions provided in the sample. Next, after my assignment was reviewed, an interview was held where the codebase was discussed hands-on and I was requested to write a simple chunking code from scratch based on my strategy.

I got it through a referral, i did 2 technical rounds, so i don't know if there are anymore rounds after that, this was kinda like my first serious real interview so i was really nervous,
Both of them who interviewed me were really nice, really eased my tense after the the initial convos about ourselves, i even got hints when i was struck
