I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Trinity SF
Interview
There is NO marketing department, no marketing manager or manager, only executives with little digital literacy and minimal knowledge of marketing.
Phone interview with HR, who knew little of the position details and expectations. Interview was choppy and awkward
Then was sent a one hour IQ/personality test to compete, which felt irrelevant and discriminatory.
Met with COO on only the second meeting, which gave the true nature of the role.
Then property managers, who also had a vague understanding of the role.
After 3 interviews, I was not given any notice of their decision to move forward or decline my candidacy. Sent a follow up email, and still had no response. Unprofessional "family owned" style of business.

Interview
Applied online. The interview was straight forward. Simple Questions. The questions were general and a couple asking how you would handle certain situations. They wanted to know background and experience. Got back to me fast. They seemed very eager to hire. The. interview lasted about 20 minutes.
I applied online. I interviewed at Trinity SF (San Francisco, CA) in May 2021
Interview
Applied online on their website. Received an email from HR a day after, stating they wanted to chat a little more through a phone interview. HR interviewer was unprofessional, I didn't have my interview as scheduled. I called but no answer, so I emailed and finally received a response with an excuse that I was not scheduled on her calendar. Nor did I receive the self assessment test after the call, which she said she will email me right after the phone interview. I was offered $18/hr for this position and my other co-worker applying for the exact same position was offered $21/hr by the same lady. The lady provided us with different information for the administration assistant position. Second interview was with regional manager and the A-Team manager, I was interviewed by 2 people. One of the interviewer was 5 mins late. The company is certainly cheap when it comes to paying their employees, I asked for more than $18/hr and they seemed hesitant. The whole interview process from start to finish was unprofessional, I already knew I wouldn't be working this company from this experience.
Thank you for sharing about your interview process; we regret that you had a negative experience, and we apologize. Trinity takes pride in being respectful and meticulous. Good communication is core to those values, and we didn’t live up to them. We are committed to learning from this so we can do better in the future.
