Done the First Phone Screening. It was positive. Interviewer was nice and answered all my questions honestly in a positive way! Overall really good experience. The interview took 20 mins or so.

I completed three rounds of interviews, during which no technical questions were asked. After the second round, I was informed that I would be proceeding to the onsite round. However, unexpectedly, I was scheduled for an interview with the Welding team instead. Following that, I received no communication from the company for some time.
