I had 4 interviews (1 w/ HR and 3 w/ various management positions) over about 3.5 weeks. In the first interview with HR, I was told there would be 2 other interviews. Basic HR get to know you interview. My second interview was with the 2 managers. 3rd interview was also with 2 managers from a different department that worked closely with the applied position. These were your traditional interviews explaining your experience and answer questions on it. I was told I fit the team and would be recommended for the role after interview 3 and expected this to be my final interview. After this, I was asked to schedule a 4th interview (an additional interview I was not told about at the beginning). I thought this was a good sign, but a few hours later the job had been reposted and location changed from Remote to Hybrid. There was no mention of this at any point in interviews or in between interviews, I just found the job re-posting. Fast forward 1 week (still 0 mention of the Remote to hybrid change) and in the 4th interview, I re-met with a manger from the 2nd interview and a new executive manager this team falls under. Similar interview to the rest of them and was told I'd hear back from them in a week or 2. One week later I received an auto-generated denial email stating that they weren't moving forward with my application any longer. I reached out to thank them for their time in the process and received no response.
