Very thorough and informative. I felt respected and like they really wanted to get to know me and my goals for the future. They really made me feel like I could grow with the company if I wanted to.
in person interview with executive director, then I did a job shadow with someone already in my role. I interviewed with the regional director for my department then received an offer.
