Basically they call you and if you get an interview you got the job. They will ask you all sorts of normal questions, about stuff that any CNA should know, but I have never heard of a CNA getting an interview and not getting hired. I was hired on the spot.

I didn't think it was difficult but some CNA's do. They asked me about HIPPA Policy, and about Resident Abuse Policy.

Interview with 2 women (D.O.N.) scheduler. Telling me what they were looking for their facility, answered questions about my qualifications. Completed MANY inservice on MY OWN TIME within 6 days (had 3 weeks)

Three extensive interviews and a I boarding class job shadowing also another orientation I worked in all departments did not receive help from nurses but other crcas the rules of onbiarding I was excited but that is not how it was they make their own rules while working their told that their was cameras there is not and no one stands behind what they say
