Interview
Head of HR conducts first round interview, then you will sit on the trading floor with an experienced trader and you will also interview with a group manager. Relatively relaxed, informal interviews.
Easy mental math, know indices and prices of them. Be on your toes and be a normal person. Low base salary, not really worth it IMO to be completely honest.
Great stragith forward interview. Very fair and if you keep up with the markets it is not difficult. Review top stock prices and have companies you can talk about. About thirty minutes total
First round they want you to know where major averages are. After that just chat. Next couple rounds are softball basic behavioral (e.g. your strengths and weaknesses) or trading (e.g. fundamental vs technical analysis) questions.
