Interview
The interview process was quick, it was hearing back that took a while. I interviewed twice in the Spring (one phone screening, one skype interview), and waited about three weeks for the offer letter.

Get to know you interview, with questions about what skills I could bring to the table, what experience I had pertaining to the position, etc.
