Tribute Technology Client Services Manager (CSM) interview questions

Interviewed with HR. Went well, she was friendly. She said I'd need to speak with the Director and that's when the real process would start. I said great and I'd look forward to it. Received an automated email a day later (not from HR) saying they put the role on hold. This could mean a few things but I don't want to read further into it. The person who left the role was basically thrown into it and never asked for it and wanted to go back to her specialization, elsewhere. I think there's a little bit of disorganization or maybe they started this process a little early. Either way it was strange and I've never encountered this before.
