The interview and hiring process left a negative impression: the test assignment was disproportionate and did not take the candidate’s experience into account; criticism was given without explanations or alternative suggestions; pressure was applied instead of maintaining a professional dialogue. Key terms of cooperation (payments in cryptocurrency) were disclosed only at a late stage. Final feedback was not provided
