Interview process began with a very short and simple on-campus interview with one of the Triage principles. The interview basically just ran through my transcript and then moved on to my goals and aspirations in the years ahead. Was never asked any remarkably tricky or creative questions, more of just a cultural interview. After the on-campus they flew me up to the SF office for a day of interviews consisting of 3 interviews, and practical test and a business lunch. The interviews appeared to be largely looking for fit and experience as opposed to creativity and ideas. The test was fairly easy but has changed since I took it. The business lunch with two other consultants was enjoyable and a good opportunity to learn more about the Triage experience first hand.
