I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Triage Consulting Group in Apr 2020
Interview
Was contacted for a video interview through email. It was a quick 15 minutes behavioral screening. Nothing big just usual STAR method questions. Was contacted about a week later asking to schedule a final round interview. Scheduled and received a confirmation email that told me to expect interview agenda and instructions the day before scheduled date. No email arrived and when I contacted them, I got an “Oops sorry yeah we forgot to send you the email that we’re not hiring anymore” an hour before my scheduled interview time. While the hiring freeze was understandable given the global situation, I was frustrated that my time was not respected as I rearranged my schedule to be available for the interview. The email was unprofessional and I was disappointed with the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Triage Consulting Group (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
Interviewers are very friendly and easy to talk to. The entire interview is just as normal as a conversation you would have with your friend or co-worker. Questions are very easy and straight forward. No curve balls. A total of three interviews with Principals and managers. At break, two current employees take you out to lunch.
