I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Triage Consulting Group (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
Skype screening asking about data analysis and team-based experience. Typical 'why triage' questions.
Second round is Skype interview where you talk to a manager for 45 minutes then a 15 minute break and another 45 minutes with a different manager. Conversational with some guided questions like 'describe a time you had to partner with a team member to overcome an obstacle/ utilize resources' They both asked me how I found out about the company- if you say that you found the company organically (ie not through a friend) they're pretty excited about that.
In person is back-to-back 45 minute interview with principal. It was honestly just a conversation they barely asked me any questions and let the conversations just flow. Did ask about how I found the company and why I applied. Asked about my greatest accomplishment and my experience with data analysis. Case study was more of a walk-through of how they find underpayments step-by-step. Just take notes and you'll be able to complete the 3 examples within the 45 minutes. Lunch was great conversations with great food- appetizers, entree, and desert.
