TriSMART Solar interview questions

TriSMART is a direct sales company. We're working commission. The interview process is easy enough, and sets expectations reasonably. Online training and getting up to speed are easy, but then unless you have a direct mentor who brought you onto the job, you should take initiative and *ask* for one. Otherwise you'll slip through the cracks.
