      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TriNet (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2012

      Interview

I was contacted by a TriNet recruiter and participated in a 20-30 minute phone interview. This was followed by 3 separate phone interviews, 1 with an HR Director and 2 with other HR Consultants. I then moved to the next phase which included in-person interviews in Dallas, TX with 2 HR Directors and 2 HR Consultant's. The final phase was a phone interview with the VPHR. All in all it took ~4 weeks to complete the interview process and I was given an offer to start in 2 weeks. The vetting process was intense, but they want the best, and I was pleased with the quality of their employee hires overall.

      Question 1

The most difficult part was convincing them that my extensive biotech and engineering experience would carryover to the very white collar clients like banks, brokers, and law firms.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TriNet (San Leandro, CA) in Dec 2015

      Interview

These people are so rude. I had FOUR interviews and after the final interview, I never heard back from them. No follow up. In fact, they could not even be bothered to reply to an email. I had talked to someone else about them but stupidly I did not believe them. Now I do. Even though it has been a long time since my interview, I am still disappointed in them. What kind of service organization cannot even answer an email? The thing is, I am in HR. I know employers are usually more than qualified to choose the candidate who best fits their need. I would have understood if they had just bothered to close the loop.
