TriCore Reference Laboratories Supervisor interview questions

Long, took 2 months to find out if I got the position. Once I did I worked successfully for several months with praise by everyone about my job well done, only to be told I was hired by accident. I was told I was never supposed to get the position because I did not qualify since I didn't have the needed years of experience, even though I was told I was qualified when I was promoted. Had to go reapply and interview to keep working.
