Thank you for your feedback. The interview process averages anywhere from 2-4+ weeks, depending upon volume of candidates and schedules. At one time, the CEO could meet with all candidates. This is no longer possible due to the incredible growth the company is experiencing. Please know, Tri Star is an equal opportunity employer and decisions are based on meeting the essential functions of the position and not age, family status, physical appearance, etc.
Salary negotiation is rare. Salary requirements are generally discussed by the second interview to be respectful of both the candidate's and company’s time. Time off is generous and includes vacation, PTO, holidays and a paid week off between Christmas and New Year’s.
