Thank you for your feedback. The interview process averages anywhere from 2-4+ weeks, depending upon volume of candidates and schedules. At one time, the CEO could meet with all candidates. This is no longer possible due to the incredible growth the company is experiencing. Salary requirements are generally discussed by the second interview to be respectful of both the candidate's and company’s time.
