Interview
There is no interview. It is simply an orientation and back ground check. Thee eligibility is you must have a Bachelor Degree or higher for short term substituting. You are also applicable for a long term substitute position if you have your degree in a school subject. For example Art, Science, Math, History, English, and Music.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tri-County School
Interview
Was contacted after application. Interviewed with IT Director and IT staff. Second interview was with IT Director and Superintendent. Then there was an offer made. Once the offer was made and accepted, it had to be approved by the school board.
