Interview
Interview consisted of four separate face to face discussions with different accounting personnel. The four mini interviews lasted about 30-40 min and the entire interview process lasted over 2 hours. I meet with the accounting manager, controller, Sox requirement rep, and the HR person. The controller seemed to ask me indirect questions in order to get the answers he wanted. I think he should just asked the question he wanted answers to instead of going around the question and asking other questions to find his answers.
Simple yet thoughtful and engaging questions that made you think. The interview questions weren't super basic, and they actually put effort into the interview process. All of the interviewers were nice and very engaging.
