Interviewed by about 5 people, overwhelmed, but remained calm. Each person asked a question, I answered, eased up. It was better then expected. The panel was nice and laid back as is the environment in early childhood. I felt more at ease as it went on. The questions were basic knowledge of infant and toddler development, and situations when dealing with family situations
