Consisted of 2 interviews. Initial was a phone interview with the HR VP, the 2nd was a panel interview with MD and HRVP via Zoom. The conversation was mostly relating to past experience and an overview of their operation. They highlighted some of their current customers and explained the need for level consistent leadership.
