Quick process with outgoing manager, didn't ask much, asked me a lot about my experience, not sure if they were serious or not, but overall seemed quite friendly even though they had many staff

Interview process took about 7 minutes total. The interviewer was basically asking questions that could have been obtained from my resume and said I was not fit for the role based on the information I gave right from my resume.
