Interview
Straightforward with two partners. It was a general chat but I got the impression that they were just going through the motions. The jobs were offered to Kiwis and after checking the firms diversity stats (less than 5% ethnics in Nov 2015) I understand why.

Interview
3 interviews. the first is a technical test. second is a meet the partners interview. 3rd is meet the team. The second interview was a chance for the head of practice to drill down on my CV and ask my about the current deals that I am working on.
