I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers
Interview
The interview process began with a phone call (approximately 45 minutes) with the hiring manager to discuss my background and provide an overview of the company and position. This call was followed by another, brief phone call (the following day) with a representative from HR to gather general information regarding any contracts that I may have, salary requirements, relocation assistance, etc.
The next step was an in-person meeting with the hiring manager, which took place about a week later, at one of the company’s corporate offices. This lasted several hours and included lunch with two other consultants. The meeting was very conversational and involved a more detailed review of the role and discussions around how I would fit in. Felt mostly like an opportunity for the manager to get to know me.
The final interview took place the following wee and consisted of a FaceTime call with two senior-level managers. The interview lasted approximately 1 hour and consisted of a mix of general conversation and direct behavioral-style questions. I received an offer a week later and completed the pre-employment screening (drug screen and comprehensive background check) the following week.
The entire interview process was very professional and comfortable. The managers seemed to be focusing on getting to know me and making sure that I was very familiar with the position and would be satisfied in the role. The process focused more on whether or not the candidate is a good fit for the company and the specific position for which he/she is interviewing.

Interview
The process was very long. I had 2 phone interviews and three group interviews. Then the background checks took two weeks. I never had the interview process at a company take that long.
