The interview process was a great experience. Interviewer was very easy going and I felt comfortable talking with him. Definitely seems like a great environment at Travelers. Interviews can be scary but the interviewer seemed to want to take that fear factor away by making it more a conversation with a couple of questions.

If you were to run a business, what would your research be about?
Overall pretty formal 2 stage interview process, initial application, first 30 minute interview, second 2h interview, phone call whether or not you got it. The second one is usually with 2-3 different people 30-45 minutes each.

Interview
First round 30 minute screening, second round 2 hours, 3 interviewers. Not super hard by any means but so many behavioral questions and sometimes niche behavioral questions that got to a point where it is difficult for an undergrad with limited experience to answer. Interviewers were friendly however and took the stress off.

Interview
Mostly behavioral, very nice and accommodating throughout the process. 1st round with analyst in program, 2nd round with multiple members of the department. Overall a very smooth process. Took awhile to hear back.
