Simple and straightforward. I have found with many corporate applications, the process can be tedious and time consuming. Travelers was neither. First was a phone interview with a recruiter, and then I had a video interview with my prospective boss and his boss. Everyone was very kind.

Interview
Long and drawn out. I guess it is company reputation that the interview process takes forever. I submitted my resume online in August and didn't get offered a job until late January/early February
