Inital phone interview with HR rep, a few days later someone requested an in person interview. I met with a total 2 hiring managers in person for that interview and then had virtual meetings with a potential co worker and Director. The asked STAR style questions, technical questions about repairs and estimating, questions about my experience and career path, and what I was looking for from the role and an employer. I enjoyed all my interactions with HR and the hiring managers. They are thorough in their processes and questions.
