Standard interview with a one-up manager, two-up manager, and HR director. Interview follows traditional format with emphasis on customer service background and capacity to multitask. They are often looking for a candidate that can both handle stress under pressure and who fits the company culture well. Will require candidates to take the Feliz Lopez standardized test prior to extended employment offer.

Some questions very easy. Others very difficult. Most important thing is to get through the easy questions so you don't leave any unanswered and then spend remaining time on the harder questions. Interview consists of a team approach with questions asked in the STAR format.
