Filled out application took an assessment, received an email that said i passed and was contacted for a phone interview . Phone interview was a nonsense typical corporate interview. Asked pointless questions like what do you know about travelers ? ect ect. Really dug into the resume and asked questions followed by more questions about your answers. Kept trying to get you to fumble. Super pointless interview the the lady was rude and the questions got dumber and dumber. Asked pointless star questions after a while. This is not how you find employees lol there is a reason they are hiring 24/7 for the same positions. Super rude hiring process and very unprofessional. I revived en email stating i made it to the in person interview but declined.

I had 2 interviews. First was an interview with 2 unit managers and the last interview was with the VP of the department. They asked the basic questions asking for prior work experience and they asked scenario based questions.

Interview
The interview process was good. I initially spoke to an HR rep out of state, followed by an in-person meeting with two members of their leadership team in the Alpharetta office, followed by a meeting with a VP the next week. About a month after that I was accepted for the job.

Usually 2 rounds with hiring managers and claim director and then a peer interview after the initial screening call. Application is on Workday which can be obnoxious. It can take up to a month to receive an offer.
