Interview
After the standard resume screen there was a 30 minute phone screen. After passing that there was a 45 minute behavioral interview as well as a 45 minute Technical interview.

What was a technical problem you faced and how did you solve it?
It felt just like a normal interview. You sit in front of two directors and they ask you pretty typical behavioral questions. Tell us a time you x, what made you want to get into leadership, and what would you do if x. They may ask you about your specific experience so be prepared to answer.

What makes you a suitable candidate for this role? What is the software development life cycle?
Easy conversation with the recruiter and a current software engineer. Mostly behavioral with a technical conversation as well. The last interview is with the program manager, which is mostly behavioral too.

1 - Hackerrank (they loosely focus on this) 2 - Behavioral Interview (45 mins) 3 - Technical Interview (45 mins) Received the offer within a week. It is a hybrid role in Hartford, CT.
