Extremely pleasant interview process. I applied online and after attending a career fair and speaking with a representative there, I eventually had some phone interviews set up after about 2 months.
There were 5 phone interviews all together with 5 different departments spread across 2 days. The first day I spoke with 3 departments and they called me back saying that 2 other departments that wanted to speak with me which may be why the process took so long, your mileage may vary.
After the phone interviews, about a week later they contacted me to set up some in person interviews with 2 different departments. 3 separate interviews with one department, and one with another department. In total I spent about 3 1/2 hours interviewing in the same room with a 15 minute break in between one of the interviews. However, this time flew by, everyone I talked to was extremely nice and laid back.
As for the interview questions, a large majority of them were solely based upon my resume. They asked about past projects, issues I had with them, teammate troubles, etc. that you would expect from an internship type position. Surprisingly, very little to no technical questions were asked. They asked about my favorite language and why I liked it over other languages but nothing like "describe what a class is" or the "pillars of object oriented programming" though they did ask my friend who applied for the same position some technical questions so as before, you mileage may vary.
Altogether, the experience was very comfortable and extremely thorough. However, make sure you come in with a multitude of questions, one in person "interview" I had was basically me interviewing them which I thought was extremely helpful and gave me some incredible insight on the position I could have potentially had working for him.
