I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied online and was contacted or week or so later. I did a phone interview (45 mins). The recruiter literally combed through every little thing on my resume including internships. She asked a few behavioral questions and I guess I passed because I was invited to the open house in Charlotte. When I arrived to my in-person interview, I noticed about 2 others waiting to be interviewed. Once I got upstairs to the conference room, it was obvious they were not prepared. After waiting a few minutes for them to get everything situated, the interview began. There were two interviewers who bombarded me with questions and wrote down everything I said. Two pages worth (front and back). They combed through EVERYTHING on my resume. They made sure to point out they participated in African American charity when I asked what local charities they supported. I asked for business cards and neither of them claimed to have any. They claimed they liked me so much, they wanted to schedule the 3rd interview that same afternoon (2 hours later). They took me downstairs (2-3 different people waiting on interviews, so that's 6 people I've seen) to a little office and told me to wait. While waiting, the receptionist came in and told me I was the top candidate and they really liked me and to grab lunch. While grabbing lunch, I got a call telling me I could grab food from one of the interviewers...I guess they thought they'd left me in the office for an hour. About 30 minutes before the interview, I got a call from one of the interviewers saying there was a 'scheduling conflict' and they would reach back out to me by the end of the day to reschedule the 3rd interview. At this point, I'm irritated since I'd traveled from another state to be there and had spent my day waiting around. Of course there's no call, so I call them and I'm told they would reach out to me by the end of the week. No call. I call on Monday, and I'm told the managers weren't in the office and someone would reach back out to me. I made one more attempt another week later and was told the same thing. So at this point, they're lying or these people never actually work. All in all the interview process is really ridiculous for the position. There's more I could say, but I'll leave it alone. It was just disappointing. I know someone who works there and they're really short staffed so I'm not sure what's going on (outside of favors and nepotism). It's almost 3 months later, and I haven't heard a word.
The interview process was weird. I had multiple interviews in one day. I thought that was strange. There is a manager interview, then a peer interview, and then the final interview of the day is with the VP and HR.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Wyomissing, PA) in Jul 2022
Interview
After submitting my application online, I received an email to take an online assessment. Upon satisfactory completion of the assessment, I was emailed 2 days later to schedule a phone screening. There were 2 Zoom interviews after that and an offer was made a week after my final interview. Overall, the process was easy and you can tell that they thoroughly assess all applicants prior to making an offer. Lots of STAR questions, so prepare for those.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Hartford, CT)
Interview
The interview process was absolutely wonderful. Every single person I interacted with was very kind and helpful. Just a heads up tho, it is a lot of behavioral questions. Look up the STAR method and utilize for your interview. Other than that, the process is lengthy. As they take there time to thoroughly interview a candidate. I went through 3 interview process before hearing decision. Phase one is with the recruiter, then phase two is with the person in charge of your team. Lastly, phase three is with the big boss and senior HR. I really do hope this helps anyone else interview process with Travelers. Good luck everyone!
