Upon applying I was scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. From there, it was a quick in person interview in-office. The interview process was incredibly vague and generic, as I now know that they are just trying to get live bodies in the door. Initially the job was posted as salary plus commission, however I quickly found out that is just for the training period until you are made full commission based. From there, I was rotated into every office for 5 minute increments to sell the company “culture”, which just turned into watching people on a computer. Entirely a weird experience.
