Take into consideration that my hiring and interview process was a bit different because I was granted an internship based on my scholarship. But the process of being interviewed, getting my background check, and being officially given the job took about two weeks. It was a very pain free process. The interview itself took about 15-20 minutes and was pretty standard. Asked about my work history, my strengths and weaknesses, and what hoped to get out of the internship.
