There were two rounds. The first one is with the HR. The second with the department head for a mid level position. Sometimes there could be a written test. Although I didn't have one.

Question 1
I was into FIT Packaged Tours so the questions asked will be based on your destination knowledge and also a few questions based on your IATA course text books (if you have undertaken one) The questions were quite straightforward capitals of cities, airport codes and a few questions related to customer service. Overall was quite easy.
