I was approached by the founder on LinkedIn. The recruiter called up directly asked me to come up for f2f interview. I tried asking her about the details of the role and compensation band. This was answered in a very vague manner. I was sceptical initially but decided to go seeing the profiles of the team. It was an absolute disaster. The recruiter handed over a set of questions that had 4th grade questions. Then there was the android section. The questions were pretty open ended algorithms and android related questions. They expect you to write the solution on paper like its exam time.

Interview process consist 3 round 1.DSA Round: Focuses on assessing data structures and algorithms knowledge. Expect coding challenges involving problem-solving, optimizing solutions, and applying fundamental concepts like arrays, linked lists, trees, and graphs. 2.Technical Round with Team Lead and Manager: Evaluates in-depth technical expertise and project experience. Questions may cover Android development, coding proficiency, design patterns, and knowledge of tools and frameworks used in the role. Discussions may also include cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP), RFID solutions, and any relevant past projects. 3.HR Discussion: Covers behavioral aspects, cultural fit, and organizational alignment. This round may involve discussions on salary, role expectations, and career growth within the company.
