Trappers Transport interview questions

The interview for me is very casual. The interviewer introduce the company...what they're doing/business. Topic is more of job task discussed by the interviewer and then will asked you what the interviewer said about the job.

Informal more of a get to know you approach get to know them. Not overly structured but that's not a bad thing, I met two managers and the interview lasted about 45 minutes. I got asked back 2 days later for a 2nd interview and it lasted just under an hour
