Office was unprofessional, a lot of cell usage and looked like they were overly monitored using their own cell phones for work. Seems they were disorganized with field technicians and getting where they needed to go.

Interview
Soon as you enter the main entrance, you can feel the employee's low morale. I can sense this company was a sinking ship. I was informed the interview will be at 8 am, however the boss did not come through the doors , until 45 minutes passed. I was not asked many questions, since he was reading my resume. Overall, the process was tedious and he was a person of few words, and only seemed to be interested at my requested salary.
