Interview consisted of a recuiter screening, phone screen with the person being backfilled, and a panel interview in-person with 4-5 team members (one person was unable to join and another joined remotely). The interview team consisted of the person being backfilled, a colleague at a similar seniority level, and 2 directors. Direct manager was the one unable to join the call.
