Transtar TrainService interview questions

i had take skills test followed bye interview the interview was good but Negative questions bye some lady i have alot skills and this lady down graded my app to me was waist my time had go through 3 interviews and just because I WAS NOT ONE THERE PEEPS I WAS NOT SELECTED to be honest there discrimination against older people they rather select kid out of college with No experience Just because i wasnt in transportation i was not selected i thought the lady was Rude as far as the interview was good
