Transplace Operations Manager interview questions

First call was a general overview, with questions about experience. Call was instilled with corporate ideals, which to be frank was over zealous. A second call was basically a courtesy place holder - discussing where the company is going and how great it is. A third email requesting feedback and an offer led to brush off. A waste of time.
